With a passion for making real estate seamless and stress-free, Colt Kelley has been advising clients through one of life’s most important transactions since 2020. Whether it's purchasing a dream home or selling a valuable asset, Colt is committed to creating smooth, successful closings—especially for clients navigating the unique challenge of buying and selling simultaneously.

Before launching his real estate career, Colt was a tennis teaching professional for over a decade. He taught at Coosa Country Club, Eagle Watch Swim and Tennis, and currently leads programs at Dellinger Park. His background in coaching has sharpened his ability to guide, communicate clearly, and keep clients on track, no matter how complex the process.

Based in Cartersville/Bartow County, Colt loves Roswell for its ideal balance of big-city proximity and small-town charm. He lives in Rome, GA, with his wife Stephanie, their two dogs and four cats, and looks forward to starting a family in the near future.

Outside of real estate, Colt is obsessed with tennis, competing in tournaments and staying active on the court. He’s also a proud nerd at heart, currently learning Spanish, and enjoys giving back through his BNI group in Rome.

One of his proudest personal moments? Secretly marrying his wife in their sunroom, then surprising loved ones with the news on Christmas. Inspired daily by Stephanie’s wholehearted dedication to everything she does, Colt brings that same heart, focus, and excellence to his clients.
